Current Employee - Not Disclosed in Concord, NC

I have been working at Corning full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Challenging equipment, interesting technologies, great product.

    Cons

The management does not listen to it's employees or completely grasp processes. Overtime on a exhausted workforce who gets treatly poorly. Set goals and expectation not inline wth actual capabilities. Safety is grossly overstated and is having a opposite effect. Alienates it's workers and rewards ineptitude. What is with all the meetings?!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to have realistic perspective and try to respect your employees.
