Large number of job families; this is a good company for engineers, researchers, administrative, general business, and more; some projects include cross-functional teams
Headquarters is Corning, NY; nice town

ConsTop management is not diversified - 5 white males, 1 black male
Many layers between most jobs and leadership
Stock price does not reflect true value of this company

    Corporate meets Start-up; large company, too few employees

    Pros: Compensation and benefits, location, corporate reputation and growth opportunities Cons: Poor work/life balance; exhausting; lots of red tape No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    good place to work but losing their traditional values

    Pros: benefits, salary, variety, challenge, innovation of products that make a… Cons: unclear why some senior leaders are promoted. Supervisors are becoming more demeaning, belittling and condescending. godd leadership skills and results count less amnd less.… Advice to Senior Management: Get input futher down in the org. The climate is not good and morale… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
