Pros
I can not think of any reason other than you need money to eat and sleep. They pay you is the only reason I work there.
Cons
Management has littte concern of your personal life. No mentoring or goal setting. I have never received objectives for my job. Does not reward hard work and gives promotions based on longevity not performance
Advice to Senior Management
Value talent in your organization. Promote those who deserve it and fire underperformers. Find supervisors who can lead and mentor.
