Management seem to spend all of its time trying to obtain promised goals and not working on the real issues.

ProsThe product line had real promise and the people really did care about the company.

ConsManagement did not want to listen to the real issues, they just wanted the problems to go away.

Advice to Senior ManagementSet long term goals and realistic plans and stay with them, let the people how know how to run the business run the business.
