Like everywhere else favoritism has developed and matured.

ProsSalaries and benefits are OK. Once in a while you get in interesting project to work on.

ConsIf you are not a minority of some kind, your professional growth will be no existent, because you do not help in meeting diversity numbers required by the government.

Advice to Senior ManagementYour diversity programs are only working for African American and may be women.

    Management seem to spend all of its time trying to obtain promised goals and not working on the real issues.
