Pros

The history of the company, the content archive (lots of quality research though getting stale) and the people at junior and medium levels.

Cons

CEB has lost its way. I can't understand why the CEO doesn't hold senior mgmt accountable for the terrible performance and I REALLY can't understand why the board hasn't taken action. We're not producing new insight/content and getting rid of the people who can. We keep transforming the sales force and morale is really low. So many new programs that now are being shut down. The culture here is insincere. Depressing place to work. Noone respects the people at the top.

Advice to Senior Management

We desperately need new management/new leadership. That's advice for CEB's board rather than for the current leadership team. Change needs to start at the top.
