Pros

If you're fresh out of college, undecided about your future, and in no rush to get on with your life, it's a good place to just 'hang out' at an entry-level position. Also, if you have a few years of experience in consulting or operations, and are looking for a 9-to-5 and a reasonable paycheck at a mid-managerial position, this is a perfect place for you.

Cons

Research roles are not very challenging at all - if you have a bachelors degree, you are perhaps over-prepared for the role. Account management positions are a good opportunity to interact with C-level executives, but due to the nature of the 'product' being sold, they are not as exciting as traditional consulting roles.

Advice to Senior Management

You guys are doing a great job, the business model is highly sustainable, although there doesn't seem much scope for growth any more - wait for a favorable quarter, and sell your stock on any upswing.
