Corporate Express – “Good company at distribution office, not so good at corporate level”

fast paced work from warehouse to office
community involved
customer centered at first
employee activities and input were taken seriously

Cons

By end of term, did not like how money was the key to work goals and not customer service or satisfaction. Sending wrong product to customers on purpose and making their ability to return product a challenge so that they would keep and our sales would go up. Very dishonest.

Advice to Senior Management

Remember what it once was; customers being happy made it so that they ordered more. When customers are happy, employees are happier, which in turn, makes emploer happier. Return to basics.
