Corporate Synergies – “Walk in with eyes wide open.”

Pros

Usually there are good open lines of communication between Management and support. Very good at allowing time off for personal use, emergencies, vacation, etc. As far as employee functions, they are usually over the top. Great parties and summer picnics to show employee appreciation. The company completely embraces technology so everyone is connected.

Cons

Support is limited. Lines of communication are usually always open, but almost nothing is ever done about ideas or requests. There is limited informaiton sharing, even within the same departments. Even though the company is cutting edge, many times the technology doesnt work and needs time to be improved which causes delays, and lost time.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees, keep an open mind. Dont be a paper pusher.
