CSG has a real commitment to the clients we have the privledge to serve. They are consistantly looking for new ways to improve processes and services. If you are looking for a fast paced environment with a real drive to provide value to customers, than CSG is for you. There is also a real understanding of work/life balance, more so than anywhere I have worked previously.

Cons

Smaller company with limited opportunities for advancement and growth. Salary increases are minimal regardless of how well you perform your job.

Advice to Senior Management

Better plan to retain talent and provide advancement opportunities. Create a corporate model for pay increases and bonuses instead of different approach for each department.
