What did you expect. I have worked in prisons and with offenders for years, and have really had very few problems with the offenders. It usually goes back to how you treat them and your thinking about the inmates. Most prison personel who have problems in the prison are their own worst enemy and create their own problems because of their personal attitudes and demeanors. Once again, as with most in life, look at self first.
