Pros
Not a bad place to work
Management is ok and does not provide headaches
People are approachable and offer help if needed
Cons
They donot provide a good pay package. Also work load is high. Management is stubborn when it comes to reviews.
Advice to Senior Management
Although you are not doing great, keep it up. It was not altogether a bad experience working for cosmos technologies.
