The pay was good. That's about it.
Cons
Lack of a work/life balance; lack of support from field management; lack of support from human resources; everything is all about the cost plus "culture", which probably part of the reason that they are in such financial trouble.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of the people who have been there for 10+ years in leadership roles. If they were there when you went into financial trouble, maybe they are the cause of it.
