Pros

-Pay is really good ($10-12/hr.)
-Good workout (lifting and walking)
-Opportunities for future career advancement (internal hiring)
-Good way to meet people

Cons

-Although pay is really good, Costco for sure gets their money out of you
-Hours not always the best
-If you're found slacking off any time, you will hear about it

Keep up the good work. You are really good to your employees and leave them with nice opportunities of advancement through your internal hiring philosophy.
