Pay was decent, but work experance and environment reflected a typical retailer.

Front End Supervisor (Former Employee) Tustin, CA

ProsCompensates very well for the work performed

ConsDoes not value education or work environment, instead opting to cut corners in the name of efficiency and numbers like labor/productivity, members per hour, average basket, and member upgrades.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompany culture starts at the top and works its way down. For blatent disregard of training and osha standards as well as employment laws to be as rampant as it is in the warehouse level as it is, it can only reflect a blind eye from upper managment. Any building operating above $1100/ hour labor needs to be suspect, let along productivity figures at 15-1700/hr.
