Cons

Later hours than some people might want. Getting off at 10pm is not uncommon, but you can also get good shifts, it just depends on the department and what position you hold.

Advice to Senior Management

Have meetings with the ambitious people and take feedback seriously and dont disregard an idea that is to radical or is out of the ordinary.
