Costco Wholesale Food Service Assistant:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

Good pay, full benefits, free membership, fast pace (depending on location)

Cons

horrible schedules, little time off, must be a really long-term employee to be considered for sup/mgmt, no discounts, no coupon usage

Advice to Senior Management

loyalty is not always greater than ability.
