    Pros

The ability to switch your occupation without leaving the company. You get to learn other things, it also makes for long jeverty.

    Cons

Someone may get the job posting because of their senority, and could be the laziest, nonmovivated person in tthe warehouse .Ringing by senority really sucks! You have a line, I ring with urgenency but susie/joe gets to ring and they take their own sweet precious time. I wish the company would lean more to the person that will get the job done. It would also be better for our members.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop favoritism, this is business. Very happy about the managers getting switched around! A breath of fresh air.ok
