Costco Wholesale Anonymous:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Medical and dental. 401k. starts at 11. not bad, not liveable, but not bad.

Cons

you have to wait forever to become full time. people love to play games with your hours. you give your life up to do everything for them, and if you screw up on your end one time it's the end of the world.

Advice to Senior Management

learn to communicate. stop playing games.
