I have been working at Costco Wholesale part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

very nice, good compensation, good benefits, and the people are very nice and managers are willing to work with schedule, member service is everything

    Cons

coming from a smaller department it was hard sometimes because, we always didn't have enough people on hand, and if we were busy, and got behind we would get in trouble, it was really something out of our control.
