    Pros

Costco is and outstanding company. to work for with adequate pay and outstanding benefits.

    Cons

Limited management opportunities to employees who don't have family, friends, or corporate connections.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to train your managers to think outside the box. Hire and promote this most qualified. Managers and Supervisors need to manage to take care of members not suck up to the warehouse manager. The Rothman work plan is a joke.
