Pros

Profit sharing, insurance, pay, opportunity, don't need college education. Can start working when you are 18 and by time you are 21, could be making $20 an hour.

Cons

Lot of competition. Have to willing to work very hard and do whatever they want you to do. Be willing to work in whatever department you are needed in.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should focus more on maintaining morale of employees that have been with the company, employees that haven't succeeded in climbing the ladder. Empower with challenges and training instead of meaningless excuses for not being chosen for a position.
