I have been working at Cotton On

Pros – Good pay, there's usually always something to do so time goes quick and the 50% discount is really good, its the best discount i've ever had at any job

Cons – Being forced to tell every single customer about the promotions, offering them about three different things at the register, music is really loud, roster was always changing, an if they called you up to ask you to work, you were in big trouble if you werent able to, which was really annoying being expected to drop everything

Advice to Senior Management – Turn the music down, it doesnt set the mood, lots of mums and older people complain! And customers get annoyed when you follow them around the store, I dont think you should go so overboard with the customer service
