Pros

GREAT benefits, including same-sex coverage. Fun products, but little opportunity to buy it.

Cons

Mixed bag of cultures and values. Some departments have great perks, and some get nothing.

Advice to Management

Focus on making ALL your employees feel valued.

    Pros

Great benefits. Gift packs of various Coty products. Some very good people to work with.

    Cons

When facilities close it is for a reason. Since most management came from facilities that have closed they do not have winning ideas. With good retirement benefits you get people applying with thoughts of retirement versus growth. The truth is very hard to come by there.

    Advice to Management

    Clean house.

  2. Toxic work environment.

    Pros

Established company with relatively stable revenue. No layoffs. Many good coworkers.

    Cons

If salaried, poor work-life balance, "get it done at all cost" mentality. Leadership chooses short-term profits over the long-term well-being of the company. People begin with high spirits and innovative ideas, but these are quenched quickly.

    Advice to Management

Build competencies from within by hiring good people and constructing a work environment to retain them.
