    Pros

    The hours are wide, so you can work when you need to. Willing to work with you.

    Cons

    No lunch break, a stright 8 hour shift, 2 15 paid breaks. Long days on feet. Pay is only min wage and never 40 hours a week unless needed. Will have you working till 10:30 at night only to come in a 6 am the next morning.

    Pros

    Great coworkers--those of us there that have been there for a while have become more like a family. There are opportunities for advancement if you wish, we are able to have some variety in daily tasks, we can put requests in for time off. Flexible schedule. The managers we have do listen if we have questions and they try to do what they can to resolve issues.

    Cons

    Corporate center may have more stores than they can handle--they need to add another base of support for the 100+ stores. I feel more time should be allotted for training, not shaved away to try to save money. Sometimes communication both at store level and company-wide isn't the greatest.

    Advice to Management

    Allow the full allotted time for training to take place: if we want successful employees, we need to give them a solid foundation to start with. Communication needs improving.
