    Pros

It's a great work environment, everyone is really nice. It's the most flexible part time job you will ever have and the pay is higher than most part time jobs. If you get rotated as an intern that's definitely a plus because you learn about different departments and obtain experience using difference programs (i.e., Microsoft Access, Publisher, Visio, etc). Also if you're looking to get a CPA this is one of the best places to do it.

    Cons

The job isn't always going to be interesting. It can get repetitive and maybe a little dull, but you can get out of it what you put in. If you look at everything with a positive attitude you can wait it out until you get the opportunity to help with various projects to even out the repetitive work.

    Advice to Management

If you're open to interns asking questions it makes for a much more efficient use of time
