    Pros

    High benifits, good office environment, flat organizational structure;
    Young colleagues with passion , friendly management team in China;
    Focus on the clients but also take staff feelings into account

    Cons

    Training opportunity is not enough and you can't find professional people to coach you;
    Promotion is very hard;
    Turn-over rate is a little high.

    Give more encourages to staff; Recogize the performation of staff; Promote key staffs quickly when they are qualified; Provide more trainings

    Consistent 55 hour workweeks were too much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow adequate in-office time for new employees to complete training prior to being expected to conduct field work. Ensure that your LCRAs are consistent with report review and don't expect the CRA to have to keep changing reports to satisfy the LCRA'S writing style.
