productivity is limited due to poor IT infrastructure

Advice to Senior Management

The IT infrastructure at Covance seriously limits productivity. I get the sense that while senior management takes IT security seriously, it does not place a strong emphasis on productivity gains from strong IT support. I think my personal productivity could have been twice as high with better IT infrastructure.
