ConsIf you enjoy management who humiliate you in front of others by yelling at you and criticizing your work, this is the place for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementAppreciate the ones below you, if you can encourage good work it will make your life easier.

No support for employees

I worked at Covenant Care full-time for less than a year

Pros: Fair benefits and pay but not worth the stress. Cons: Micromanaged for employes by manager and no management of managers by higher ups. The manager where I worked insisted on unpaid overtime, working through lunches,… Advice to Senior Management: Talk to the employees and listen to what the employees are saying and not… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
