    Pros

excellent methods of communication for constantly striving to improve quality of care of our residents. Computer system of documentation makes communication notes neat and easily accessible.

    Cons

Sometimes you might get overloaded with work and shall need to work with patients in groups but it is still exciting to think of new ideas and to be able to manage clients of different needs in an enjoyable, health promoting groups.

    Advice to Management

Certified nursing aides play an important role in patient care and they do influence the way our clients feel about our facilities. As per my experience, not all of them have the adequate amount of orientation to manage client's needs. Doing in-services with CNA explaining then the imp role they play in improving quality of care should be done on a time to time basis. This can not only accelerate the rehab progress but also can give our clients a feeling of confidence in our expertise and care and lovingness that they deserve when they choose our center for health care.
