Pros

Positive work environment and room for advancement. The management seems to share information readily and the hospital as a whole is great at communication. Benefits are very good, especially for the region, and the hospital is family friendly. I am proud to work for this company and anyone who does not see its merits has not been around very much--compared to other companies I've worked for, Covenant is a wonderful employer!

Cons

The pay scale is lower than other hospitals in similar cities. That may be, in part, due to the other benefits given and because Covenant is not a huge conglomerate.

Advice to Senior Management

I love that we see upper management in the halls, not squirrled away in an ivory tower. They seem to be on top of every element of the facility.
