I have been working at Coventry Health Care full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great opportunity in other departments. Pay is above average, not great. Benifits are good.

Cons

Pbm has ethical, moral and just juvinile practices. C-spire had issues with a person telling everyones business to other associates. Management ended up just quitting and moving on to another job. Supervisors in this department bring unhealth lifestyles to work and just do not know how to treat employees. They like to taunt and basically scream behind closed doors when no one can intervene. Thankfully supervisors have been shipped to another department where this will not be tolerated. Avoid gb department with a passion.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please listen, or have meetings with multiple managers, and ask employees to be honest about working conditons. Maybe invite corporate human resources to attend meetings, mind you, corporate.

I worked at Coventry Health Care full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Employees, salary, bonuses are good. Some teams are great to be on, work with, others not.

    Cons

Corp Culture. 1 year before you can work 1 day from home. Hotelling "lottery" - if you win, you can work 4 days from home. HR is weird. Turnover is very high. Much of the technology is ancient.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Base work from home on fit for the role, not on some silly lottery.
