Pros

You will get a raise every single year, you will never have to contact HR regarding these issues. Environment is very nice and the people are truly great to work with
HR has nothing but smiling faces

Cons

Sometimes due to business needs very seldom they may ask you to take a 5 min break
Information change so much, it can be hard to keep up with, but you can do it

Advice to ManagementAdvice

QA should be a little more lenient, just a little tweaking. To avoid reps feeling overwhelmed by QA standards to the point, their so worried, their failing the calls #freezingup

    Pros

    Some of the people with whom I worked are great folks, competent and reliable.

    Cons

    Little, if any, career path for growth and development. Too many promotional opportunities are decided before they're even posted. Important to know someone highly placed in order to advance. Many in leadership positions are well beyond their levels of competence. Too much inconsistency of mission and message to "regular" employees. Hidden agendas are common, particularly within management. Employees are commonly regarded as disposable or interchangeable assets.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you're going to continue doing "voice of the employee" surveys, read the results more closely and don't try to bend those results into more compulsory employee training that causes more problems than it solves. Also, ensure that all areas of the sales and account management structure are aligned properly and communication flows correctly in all directions. Too often the people in the field are underinformed about what's happening at the corporate level and cannot speak to issues and problems when interfacing with client personnel.
