“A job nothing more, nothing less.”
Current Employee – been working at Coventry Health Care
Pros – 2 day Work from home during the summer.
Thats about it.
Cons – Pay range is below average for all IT related positions.
Management treats IT as a commodity and is very vague with future
plans.
Budget across the board seems to be very constricted. Do not expect the company to invest heavily in training and career growth.. You are pretty much a number - 3000 educational bonus.
Company health plan billing structure is extremely complicated and not very comprehensive or good.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop treating people as a pure commodity maybe you will get better results.
