Good company, Poor Communication

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Omaha, NE

ProsGreat benefits package. The higher-ups are approachable.

ConsSupervisors need a lot more training and communication skills. The Call center is a very difficult place to work so more understanding would go a long way.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep the communication so everyone knows what is going on.

No other can compare to Cox Communications

I T Professional (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

I have been working at Cox Communications

Pros: OMG! There are so many pros, where do I start. Great pay, benefits, perks, brand, training, and most of all the culture. … Cons: Just more diversity in senior mgmt. But in Cox's defense, they are aware… Advice to Senior Management: Continue to keep your employee happy....that's all! Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
