Be ready to adapt to change

Inbound Sales Representative (Former Employee)
Macon, GA

I worked at Cox Communications full-time for more than a year

ProsGreat family of co-workers to have. This is what actually gets you through the day and allows you to cope with the craziness that goes on.

ConsNo 2 systems are alike. You may follow a certain procedure in 1 system and another system does something completely different.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe honest and forth coming with staff. Don't start a procedure that hinders your employees from making the most they can on commission only to later say that the process that you made mandatory is not helping and allowing growth for the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
