    Pros

When you deliver and you are innovative, you will be rewarded. They will give you opportunities to advance and develop your skills.

    Cons

Internal politics in this company is dominant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your regional VPs are snooty and the culture promotes it. I have seen some great folks become VPs and then they had the "VPitis". Otherwise, management is really great.

    Pros

Loved the culture, the people that worked there and the benefits were top. My job expectation were clearly laid out but I had the freedom to explore other aspects of the company as related to my position.

    Cons

Company consistently hired externally for manager jobs, really did little to provide career advancement. New products were typically half baked when launched. Centralized product development had zero real world experience and consistently failed to ask the feet on the street for input when developing products.
