Good pay, Free cable and Working at home great place to work lots of vacation time.

Prices for service keep rising and harder to get customer to upgrade or add service

    I have been working at Cox Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Stable company, great work environment, surrounding by talented people who care about their customers and like to have fun! Great compensation and benefits. There is a plenty of training given, cox university for online and in-class courses. The company hosts a number of events throughout the year to thank employees for their hard work, and senior management is very approachable.

    Cons

    No real cons, the company is a really great.

    Keep providing career path development training to individual contributors

    Management is not open to hearing feedback from the frontline.

    Corporate needs to re evaluate Management from the VP level down and then positive change will ensue.
