ProsO.k. People.
Culture tries to be easy going.
Some people are really good.

Cons-Most of the staff comes from the sites at reduced market pay for the area.
-Managers and staff are redundant.
-They have too many people up late a night to do things they are already paying India to do.
-Highly political competition between teams.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet a vison and clean house.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    I have been working at Cox Communications full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Free cable internet and home phone and home security great people to work… Cons: Management has a way of beating around the bush whenever issues arise and it almost sometimes seems like if its not affecting them no one… Advice to Senior Management: Upper management I would look into reviewing who you decide to hire on as members of lower management as a lot of them are good… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
