Great pay and opportunity, though frustrating at times

ProsPay is great
Opportunities for advancement
No experience required
Flexible work schedule
Very little supervision

ConsStanding all day (8-9 hours) at wal-marts/ best buys
Management is slow to deal with issues
Promotions become increasingly hard to sell
Lots of customer complaints
The best selling employees often lie about promotional periods and pricing, management ignores this only caring about numbers and they are rewarded and made positive example of

Advice to Senior ManagementDiscourage dishonest selling
Listen to employees and work harder to resolve issues

Good pay and benefits but poorly managed.

Pros: The benefits and the pay are good. Tons of autonomy… Cons: If your a new employee to don't expect to get paid anything more than the minimum, they only look out for tenured employees.… Advice to Senior Management: Hire sales manager with actual sales experience.
