High Level of Flexibility in terms of Family Support

Senior Manager (Current Employee)

ProsCox is generous in terms of flex-time arrangements, provides a high quality work-environment and has acceptable benefits. The environment is casual, relaxed and informal. Opportunities for education and advancement are available.

ConsSalaries are significantly below industry averages. Customers are becoming less loyal due to typical cable company price increases.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeeds to continue upgrading quality of staff to compete in a more and more crowded space.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
