    Great Co-workers, free cable+internet+phone basically, great benefits, great commission oppurtunities, room for advancement, relocation possibly.. TVs everywhere! I mean it is our job to stay on top of that

    I have been working at Cox Communications full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great benefits, excellent pay.
    You make your own path. You must do a minimum of 1 year in a department then based on your scorecard you have the ability to move to any other department

    Cons

    Quota's can get pretty high some times with low call volume. The goals are not adjusted.

    Increase the hourly pay since we have slowed down over the last two years.
