Free cable and internet. I love the people I work with. The benefits are cool. Try not to work just in the call center. It will drive you crazy. They do hire from within.
Cons
There can be a lot of favortism in the call center not sure about other departments. If you get hired for the call center try and post out as soon as possible. The call center will suck the life out of you if you let it.
Advice to Senior Management
Management needs to understand they do not know everything. Take feed back from their employees and really use it.
