Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsDecent Pay, Good Benefits, Pension Plan, Very Affordable Health Plan, On Site Gym and Cafeteria

ConsIt is becoming very corporate and political. It is becoming very top heavy. Two additional layers of management have been inserted above me this year. The location has a lot of traffic and they do not support telecommuting currently.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees (your "most valuable resource") as well as you treat your customers. Stop allow projects to 100% supported by contractors.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
