Pros

Benefits are great and pay is ok. You could probably make more elsewhere but the benefits would not be as great.

Cons

Morale is terrible, company culture is awful. No time off. Do not care as much about their customers or employees now as they did in the past. All about the money.

Advice to Senior Management

Start caring about your customers and employees. Without good customers and good employees, you will not have a good business.
