    Pros

people centric org with a culture of investing in leaders
great reputation as a company brand
    forward thinking
good balance of fiscally conservative and growth aggressive

    Cons

culture does always allow direct issue resolution - esp across groups
sometimes are "too nice" and allow under-performers to exist
great in their areas of expertise but not always adept at integrating new technology and acquisitions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

need to breakdown silos of thought from the remnants of past divisions
be more focused on developing new tech
more focused on staff with right skillset for an area vs converting existing talent (takes too long and is ineffectual)

    Pros

    Great Benefits
Excellent Base Salary and commission/bonus plan
Solid Reputation In The Media and Advertising Industry

    Cons

Women are rarely promoted to VP positions

Upper Management is not hands on and has no idea the unethical means that are being taken by middle management to make budgets

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get involved in day to day operations. Go on calls and find out what clients need and expect from their media partners. Mentor.
