I worked at Cox Media Group

Pros

It's a great company. People there are very friendly and they help each other. I felt like being in a big family. They see life-work balance very important.

Cons

There is only one thing i can think of. The company is not a cultural-diverse company. They rarely hire international students. Other than that I like working there.

I have been working at Cox Media Group full-time

    Pros

Great pay in sales, good benefits, fun perks & work atmosphere, focus on training

    Cons

Horrible pay in support positions, do not compensate for education, people who are promoted in some locations are lazy, poor performers in the "in-club" while hard working high achievers are basically "used" but not rewarded

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote based on merit not based on friend status, pay for school, raise support salaries

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
