Cracker Barrel Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Cracker Barrel part-time for more than a year

Pros – lots of raises in the first year,
can negotiate pay at hiring,
good college or high school job

Cons – less pay if you decided to advance into management then if entering as an outsider,
no more then 20 hours a week,
do five different jobs at once if their short staffed,
grumpy customers
work with people with no work ethic,
be prepared to staff after your shift because people dont bother showing up to relieve staff.
management lets people get away with being late all the time.
