Pros

Had fun, it's a demanding position given the size of the menu, but you get used to it after a while.

Very fast paced, hot, occasional long shifts.

    Easy place to work, you can come in and work whenever you want or just when you need the money

    Management is very loose and dont really have control over their staff or the resterant. Some people are crazy
