I have been working at Cracker Barrel full-time for more than a year

Pros

I made easy money no running for alcohol constantly, friendly atmosphere for the most part, guests leave happy(:

Cons

I was always tired from running sundays are a nightmare we would be on hour and a half wait from eight am to two pm but averaged 300 a week minimum!

Advice to ManagementAdvice

dont treat your employees like dogs and you wont have such a high turn over rate the stores I worked at the managers would call people stupid and scream at everyone on the weekends.

I have been working at Cracker Barrel part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pretty good training in most cases. Decent compensation.

    Cons

I work retail and they can be a little ridiculous in their expectations of selling. People come there mostly to eat and then we're supposed to convince them to buy a bunch of stuff every time too. It can be frustrating when the numbers are low and there's nothing you can do but you get yelled at. The scheduling can be really frustrating too.
